Hoteles BESTPRICE has started the first five months of 2025 with a strong performance, recording a revenue increase of over 26% compared to the same period last year and showing upward trends in occupancy rates. These results reflect the positive evolution of the hotel chain, which continues to pursue an ambitious investment strategy. The outlook for the coming months remains optimistic, with further increases in revenue and profits expected—strengthening the company’s expansion and consolidating its position in the premium economy hotel sector.

In this initial five-month period, Hoteles BESTPRICE’s operating profit has risen by 20% compared to the same period the previous year, approaching €2 million for the period. The hotel chain has also generated free cash flow of €1.3 million, prior to CAPEX.

Additionally, the hotel chain reports excellent occupancy performance, reaching an average occupancy rate of 96% across all its hotels, and achieving the milestone of 100% occupancy across its entire national portfolio on successive days during this year, 2025.

The company also continues to strengthen guest satisfaction, with high ratings on OTA platforms such as Booking.com. Highlights include:

  • BESTPRICE Alcalá, maintaining an outstanding score of 9.1,
  • BESTPRICE Valencia, with an impressive 9.2,
  • BESTPRICE Gracia, rated 8.6,
  • BESTPRICE Girona, also with a rating of 8.6.
