Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

NO SHOW: In case of No Show the guest will be charged the first night.


Cancellation Policy:

The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.

Deposit Policy:

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

Payments accepted at the Hotel

The Hotel only accepts payments by bank card, payments made in cash will not be accepted.





At the time of arrival at the Hotel, the client will be asked for a mandatory guarantee of €300 in cash. At the time of departure, the hotel team will check the room in search of possible damages caused during the stay, if they have not been generated, the guarantee will be returned in full to the client once their stay ends, otherwise this guarantee will be used to repair said damages caused during the stay.

Likewise, the behavior of the guest during the stay and the inconvenience due to noise, etc., that may have caused other guests will be taken into account.

*If you do not provide the mandatory guarantee at the time of Check-in, the reservation will be automatically canceled, losing the right to reserve.
